ORDERS + DELIVERY TIMES
All Cara Lowe Studio products are assembled by hand, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Due to this, lead times may vary. We will update you promptly on the status of your order, through confirmation to dispatch. Please get in touch with Cara to enquire on the status of your order at any time if you wish.
Orders are dependent on current stock and availability. In the rare event that it’s not possible to fulfil your order, you will be emailed within 5 working days and fully refunded for any orders that cannot be met.
POSTAGE
UK Delivery Items are sent out using 1st Class Royal Mail services, depending on your choice. For international orders outside of the UK, there is a start flat rate of £5.
Please be aware that due to Brexit, those purchasing outside the UK may be charged customs + VAT duties as their items enter their country of delivery. These regulations are set by the government of each country respectively and are outside the control of Cara Lowe Studio.
PACKAGING
All products are delivered in Cara Lowe Studio branded gift boxes, which are recyclable but can be kept as a jewellery storage box to keep your new pieces safe and protected from damage.
CANCELLATION
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please notify Cara via email within 24 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact Cara within 28 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a refund/exchange, providing it’s unworn / in its original condition. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons due to piercings.
Additionally, Cara cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Cara through email and she will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge or offer you a full refund once item has been returned for assessment.
